My Pet's Corner Page:

My pet's play a great deal in my life, so I just had to include them in my web site.

There are various photo's here, of my past and present pets. Each one of them has their own character and individual traits.

This is Arnie...........as in Arnold Schwartzneger!
This is Arnie. I have had him for about 6 or 7 years now. He has a character full of arrogance and contrary. When he first moved in with us at the age of 7 weeks, he automatically thought he was the boss, he still believes this now.
This is Mickey.........saddly gone from our lives in 1999.
This is Mickey.........I bought him from a dog rescue centre. I fell in love with him as soon as I saw him. He became best friends to Arnie (the above picture) from when Arnie was a kitten. He turned out to be my best canine friend. He was full of love and loyalty and especially enjoyed his cuddles. He had a very bad habit of sucking the corner of his blanket (a comfort blanket similar to a child's). He saddly passed away some months ago (1999) and is still greatly missed by the family.
This is Smoky............the baby of the family!
Smoky is our third addition to the family. He is such a lovable cat and is about 5 years old, however, he still hops around like a kitten. An extraordinary thing about him, is that he has this meow that is very kitten like, especially when he comes in wet or hungry. He is loved by everyone who meets him.
This is Ginger........He was one very lucky cat! saddly he went to sleep on Friday 18th August 2000!
Ginger had to be put to sleep today, after discovering that he was suffering from the Cat Aids Virus. He was so weak and aneamic, and wouldn't have lasted longer than a few weeks. He will always be loved and remebered and greatly missed............

I discovered Ginger 2 years ago, in my back garden. He was injured, very hungry and had an immensely high temperature, he was very close to death (a matter of 24 hours). I brought him in and nursed him back to health with several trips to the vet's. He recovered in a matter of weeks, bouncing around as if he had been here for years. He was one very lucky cat to have found someone (us) to help him live. He has a wonderful character, so full of love and cuddles to give. Most cats will accept a few minutes of a hug, but this little cat cannot get enough of it. He is absolutely wonderful and I am so glad he found us as his refuge.
This is a photo of my two bunnies
I have always liked rabbits, ever since I saw the film 'Watership down'. So, of course, I named my rabbits after the characters in this film. Hazel, Holly and Bigwig (now deceased).
This is Hazel...........a female who loves bananabix!
I have had hazel from when she was a baby. She had a mate called Bigwig, bought at the same time, but saddly he too passed away due to an illness called 'tilted head'. Between them they had about 3 beautiful litters, resulting in the third addition of Holly. Hazel is the one that likes to show off her seniority by growling, kicking and occasionally biting. She is however very loving and is quite partial to things like mini weetabix, toast, fruit etc. She has gained some extraordinary talents, for instance, she has discovered that the cat flap gives her entrance to our house (so it is now locked when she is out of her cage). She also has a bad habit of biting electrical wires, so far she has bitten 2 computer cables and a radio power lead. I have to keep a close eye on her!
This is Holly...............very curious but shy
Holly is one of Hazel and Bigwig's babies. She sticks to her mother like glue, e.g. whatever Hazel does Holly has to do it too. Holly tends to be quite shy, in fact if you go up to her she completely freezes on the spot. Her character is very simple but cute, but she does have a bad habit like Hazel........she loves to dig holes under the fence to give her access to the neighbours garden (you've heard the saying 'the grass is greener on the other side, well she certainly thinks so!).
